RM of Taché, MB — Business owners and organizations looking to enhance the appearance and visibility of their properties can now apply for funding through the CDC Taché Biz Beautification Incentive Program 2026.

The program is designed to support exterior improvement projects that contribute to the attractiveness and vibrancy of commercial areas throughout the RM of Taché. Eligible applicants may receive a 50/50 matching grant of up to $2,500 to help offset project costs.

Funding is available to businesses and organizations located within designated main street commercial areas and along qualifying highways within the municipality.

Projects eligible for consideration include:

• Building façade improvements
• Installation of new or upgraded signage
• Exterior lighting enhancements
• Landscaping projects
• General exterior beautification initiatives

The incentive program aims to encourage investment in commercial properties while strengthening community appeal and supporting local economic development.
