The Taché CDC is dedicated to the growth and revitalization of the main streets in Landmark and Lorette. To support this vision, we are introducing the Commercial Incentive Grant. Biz Beautification Incentive Program

The Biz Beautification Grant was created by the RM of Taché and the Taché CDC to help local businesses improve the appearance of their storefronts, signage, and properties. A more attractive commercial area increases community pride, encourages residents to shop locally, and creates a positive first impression for visitors and potential investors. By cost-sharing these upgrades, the program removes financial barriers and supports businesses in making improvements they may not otherwise be able to afford.

This initiative also aligns with the CDC’s mandate to strengthen economic development and enhance the overall look and feel of Taché’s commercial corridors. Beautification efforts contribute to a more vibrant, welcoming, and economically competitive municipality—helping attract new businesses, support existing ones, and contribute to long-term community growth.
